In 2013, Air Force Reserve Master Sgt. Brandan Keel joined running groups to combat his depression after finding out his wife got pregnant by another man. One of the groups incorporated running training with spiritual education. Keel has credited running as being a stress relief and one of the major things that helped turn his life around. He has participated in more than 80 organized running events, ranging from 5-kilometer runs to full marathons. Keel is a force management NCO in charge assigned to 413th Force Support Flight at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. (U.S. Air Force video by Jamal D. Sutter) More
