ALC Completes Mods for F-35A IOC

Lt. Col. Kevin "Sonar" Hall, 514th Flight Test Squadron, prepares to test fly the twelfth, 388th Fighter Wing, F-35A Lightning II aircraft needed to declare initial operational capability (IOC) depot and unit-level modifications were completed June 30, 2016 at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
