ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Headquarters Air Reserve Personnel Center officials recently announced results for the Calendar Year 2019 Air Force Reserve Line and Non Line Colonel Promotion Selection Boards. Board members selected 192 of 1,531 officers considered.
The selection boards took place Oct. 21-25, 2019, to determine the officers best and fully qualified to assume the next higher grade.
The following four Reserve Citizen Airmen from the 413th Flight Test Group were selected for promotion:
Lt. Col. Rafael Andino, 413th Aeromedical Staging Squadron
Lt. Col. Victor Lavigne, 413th Aeromedical Staging Squadron
Lt. Col. John Lesho, 339th Flight Test Squadron
Lt. Col. Mable Smith, 413th Aeromedical Staging Squadron
