Matthew Burger, Air Force Reserve Command director of air, space and information operations, speaks on leadership and strategic planning during a 413th Flight Test Group commanders and senior leaders conference Oct. 10, 2019, at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Burger touched on his experiences as a commander at the unit level and how unit-level leadership is foundational to the success of AFRC.
