Members of the 413th Aeromedical Staging Squadron go through the gear-issue process led by the 78th Logistics Readiness Squadron Aug. 4 during Exercise Avian 2017 at Robins Air Force Base, Ga. Exercise Avian is designed to train 413th ASTS Airmen on their ability to medically and administratively prepare patients for flight in a deployed environment.
