Master Sgt. Brandan Keel

ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- A member of the 413th Flight Test Group was recognized when Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command Public Affairs recently announced the results of the 2018 AFRC Media Contest.

Jamal Sutter, 413th Flight Test Group public affairs specialist, won first place in the Civilian Photographer of the Year and Video Series categories.
